Our journey began in 1988 with the establishment of Kapoor Transport by our family chairman, M/s Subhash Kapoor. In 1995, Kapoor Tyres was founded by Chairman M/s Subhash Kapoor along with CEO & MD M/s Pankaj Kapoor, expanding our presence in the automotive industry.
In 2015, Shri Ram Iron Trader was launched by CEO & MD Pankaj Kapoor and MD/COO Neeraj Kapoor, marking our entry into industrial trading.
The next milestone came in 2020 with the inception of Trail of Trail Manufacturing, focusing on innovative trailer solutions. In 2025, MD & CEO Saiyam Kapoor, son of CEO & MD Pankaj Kapoor, took over the business and founded a new company – Shri Ram Trailers Autotech LLP (SR Trailers) – carrying forward the Kapoor legacy with a modern vision in trailer manufacturing.
